You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the System solely as intended. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Availability & Maintenance

We strive to keep the System available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The System may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the System. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid (if any) by you for access to the System in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required for operational, security, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the System ceases immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
